SANI-99 is an alcohol-free disinfectant and sanitiser that comes in powder form, which can be easily made by the end user by simply mixing it with tap water. Not only is it 99.99995%* effective and gentle on hands, but it reduces your environmental impact as less plastic bottles are required and transport is reduced.

Highly Effective

SANI-99 has an ongoing effect as it doesn’t evaporate, meaning that it remains on the hands for longer, protecting the user for longer periods of time. Based on the EN lab protocol of all European standard EN tests, it is confirmed that SANI-99 kills pathogenic bacteria in 10 seconds (allow 5 minutes for soiled surfaces).

This powerful surface disinfectant destroys viruses and microbes, such as bacteria and fungi. It destroys a large variety of vegetative microorganisms, pathogens, some fungal spores, and some bacterial spores. It’s 99.99995%* effective in killing Salmonella as well as Colibacillosis caused by E. coli in hatcheries.

SANI-99 has passed the International chemical efficacy laboratory tests: EN 1276. EN 13697. SANS 51276. SANS 53697. It has a log reduction of 6log which guarantees a pathogenic reduction of 99.99995%*

Environmentally Responsible

Alcohol sanitisers are currently the largest contributor of plastic bottle contamination. As the disinfectant is in powder form, this means that you only need ONE CONTAINER FOR THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT. There’s no need to purchase a new container or bottle when the disinfectant runs out; you simply refill it.

In addition to this, the size of the disinfectant means that less trucks are required to transport it (only a 6g sachet is needed to make one litre of disinfectant), reducing the impact of transportation on the environment. For example, transporting 2 million litres of alcohol-based sanitiser would require sixty-six 30-ton trucks; whereas 2 million SANI-99 sachets (2 million litres) would only need ONE 30-ton truck!

Affordable

Storage and transport costs are minimised due to the size of the sachets, compared to bottles of liquid sanitiser. As it’s not hazardous, there are less health and safety requirements to factor in. Plus the use of refillable bottles and/or containers ensures there is no wastage costs or ongoing costs of buying plastic containers!

Safe

Being alcohol-free, SANI-99 is non-flammable, gentle on hands, and suitable for all skin types. It’s also food-safe, non-poisonous if ingested, and suitable for surfaces as well as on hands. Its effectiveness is not influenced by detergent residues and can be used immediately on any surface. It is very effective in preventing the spreading of microorganisms in food preparation areas, cattle stations, floors, and carcasses. It can also be used on surfaces for the prevention of viral and bacterial diseases.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please Note! Inconsistent processes and/or equipment malfunction can reduce results for effective disinfecting. Human error accounts for approximately 85% of low disinfecting efficacy results. When applying a disinfectant, the user must carefully follow the instructions to ensure optimum results.

Always make sure that the container to be used is clean

Fill the container with 1L (for 6g) or 10L (for 60g) of water

Tear open the SANI-99 sachet & empty the contents into the water

Stir/ shake the water rapidly for approx. 1 minute for SANI-99 powder to dissolve

Spray SANI-99 mixture onto the contaminated area

For general cleaning spray on surface and clean with damp cloth or sponge

When working with food or soiled areas, spray surface until thoroughly wet, let it stand for 5 min before wiping

SULPHATE 49%

Sulphate is used for wetting and spreading properties.

OXIDIZER 31%

PERACETIC 11%

Organic compound is used in the food industry as a cleanser and disinfectant. Acetic acid has been used for bacterial fungal removal from fruit and vegetables, and for disinfection of recycled rinsing water for foodstuffs and viruses.

MPS 9%

A non-chlorine shock treatment that eliminates odours and reduces irritating contaminants to leave water sparkling clean. It enhances the activation of the ions to work faster. It’s used in shampoos, creams, lotions and face washes, and is highly effective in preventing the growth of fungi & bacteria.
